Questions about tax deductibility?

• Magic Hospital is a fully registered in France with the status of a d’intérêt générale. We are hereby entitled to issue receipts to French tax citizens that allow tax deductions for a donation benefitting our activities within France .
  
  
• At the moment a donation to us from a donor outside of France and our project in China is not tax-deductible. We are trying to remedy this by working on our membership in the Transnational Giving network, a partnership of leading European foundations and associations that facilitates tax-efficient cross border giving within Europe .
