2009 concluded with loads of laughter and gifts during Magic Hospital’s annual Santa Visits! Santa and his elves visited hospitals, migrant schools, and orphanages in Beijing and Hubei throughout the month of December. A total of 1,076 children were given a variety of toys, clothing, and books. Some of the elves also received very special gifts from children who made holiday pictures for them (featured above). Every year, several new and longtime volunteers take part in the joyful giving and celebrating. It was an experience that none of them will soon forget.
